RITUAL is a space for transformative movement practices that encourage personal empowerment. We workout in unconventional ways. Our integrative fitness methods will challenge you on every level. You’ll sweat and purify; get fitter, stronger and more resilient. You’ll find a throughline of mindfulness in all of our classes. Our fitness methods are soulful, and our approach to yoga is athletic. We focus on mental and spiritual health, as much as physical.
STYLE + CONTENT
We deliver high energy, beat-driven fitness classes. BOUNCE and FLEX + FLOW utilize high-intensity interval training on a mat and/or rebounder (aka mini trampoline) for fast, fun and effective cardio. Classes incorporate plyometrics, bodyweight calisthenics, resistance and mobility work into every class, for impactful, full-body workouts. RUSH is our signature strength training class that uses heavier weights and timed intervals to deliver real results - stronger, leaner, healthier bodies - in the quickest about of time.
RITUAL MAT PILATES and RITUAL YOGA classes are challenging and uplifting, strengthening and aligning. Prepare to sweat and to try something new!
