We deliver high energy, beat-driven fitness. Classes incorporate strength and mobility work into every session for an impactful, full-body burn.

BOUNCE and BOUNCE + LIFT utilize high-intensity interval training on a rebounder (aka mini trampoline) for fast, fun and effective cardio and resistance training.

RUSH is our signature strength training class that uses heavier weights and timed intervals to deliver stronger, leaner, healthier bodies - in the quickest amount of time.

RITUAL MAT PILATES and RITUAL YOGA classes are challenging and uplifting, strengthening and aligning. Prepare to sweat and to try something new!
