Customized packages are available for Private and Semi-private sessions. Every personalized private training package begins with a free virtual consultation to assess your needs and goals and to get to know each other.
Advanced Skills
Choose to create hyper-focus in your sessions by working on one modality or goal. Experienced clients can use personalized training to take their yoga and fitness routines to the next level.
Build a Foundation
Just getting started or back into it? Develop strong habits from the get-go. Our highly-trained instructors will set you up for success as you learn the RITUAL methods. Receive moment-to-moment feedback on form and performance. Create fluency and gain confidence to get into group classes, or, if you just prefer the individualized attention - personal training is the way to go.
Address Injuries
Personal Training is also a great place to address injuries - to create a path to long-term healing and to integrate individualized adjustments into the class setting. Whichever direction you go, you will be challenged to become more in tune with your body; you will increase your mobility, strength, awareness and range of movement.
Pre-pregnancy and Postpartum
We have extensive training (not to mention personal experience!) training the female body through all phases of pregnancy including preparing to be pregnant, postpartum and the 9-months in between! Some of our most inspiring success stories are from clients who have come to us after having children, to rebuild their bodily connections; to get stronger and fitter; emphasis on Diastasis Recti and pelvic floor.

Pricing
All private training packages are created on a truly personalized and prescriptive basis. The prices shown here are for á la carte services; they do not reflect member discounts, or discounts created for individuals and groups who purchase bulk training packages.
