  • Why is a class showing as unavailable in the schedule?

    The booking window for classes is 7-days in advance. Any classes beyond that window will show as unavailable. You may sign up by midnight, one-week prior to class start time.

  • How can I cancel my Digital Subscription?

    You may cancel your Digital Studio Subscription, at any time. Please find instructions here.

  • Why was I charged a late-cancel fee?

    We have a small studio with limited spaces, and many classes often have a waitlist. For this reason, we have a strict no-show/late cancellation policy. The cancellation window is 12-hours. Anything outside of that window is considered a late cancel. You will lose a class from a limited package; if you have an unlimited membership or intro series, you will be charged a $12 fee.

  • What if I don't have group fitness experience, or I haven't worked out in a while? Can I still come to classes?

    All of our classes are open to all levels. Class sizes are small, which gives our instructors the opportunity to give you personal feedback and modifications, if you need them. Please let your instructor know if your new or getting back into things, so they can help to direct you. Start slow, listen to your body, and make modifications when necessary.

  • Should I wear shoes during class?

    Yoga and pilates classes may be practiced in barefeet. In all other classes and private training sessions, sneakers are optional. We do recommend sneakers for classes that use heavy weights. We ask that you have a pair of “studio sneakers” that are clean and/or not worn outside to keep the studio as clean and hygienic, as possible.

  • Why are training packages a 3-month commitment?

    It takes at least 3-months of personal training, two times a week, to see and feel the impact of your consistent efforts. Your commitment to the minimum time investment will pay off with measurable results!

  • My membership includes guestpasses - how can I bring a guest to class?

    All guests must register themselves for class by creating a profile and going to SCHEDULE>BOOK>”DROP IN” PAYMENT OPTION>ENTER PROMO CODE to attend for free (you can find your guest promo code in your membership welcome email).
